The time was approxite 2:45 PM. When I walked in there were 3 people in one booth and 2 ladies setting at a table. I went to order and had to wait for service (not to long) A young man came up and ask if I had been waited on and I said no so he ask me what I would like . I ordered a # 1 with out onions and pickels and a coke. I paid and he gave me a # to put on the table. I sat there for about 10 to 15 mins my order still had not come. By this time there were 3 girls that had there orders and sat down. Finally my order arrived and the empolye said that he was sorry and set it down. When I lifted the bun up there was onion and pickel on my sandwich, at that time I felt that the staff really did not care about the service and getting my order wrong. I took the sandwich back and told the employe that this order was wrong and that I would like a refund back wich she did. I mention just that morning ABC News had a special on the history of DQ along with a testimony from Waren Buffitt about why he had bought the DQ. That was one of the main reasons I stopped in and ordered from DQ. today. I will diffently go back to DQ but not the one in Hastings Ne..........J O'Brien Today I visited the only D Q in Hastings Ne.
